Disconnect Facebook access

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Business integrations.
  3. Select Melksham Mental Health and choose Remove.

Closing the Melksham Mental Health desktop app also clears the Page access token from that app session.

What the posting app handles

When you choose to connect a Facebook Page, the desktop app sends the Page ID, Page access token and the post text directly to Meta's Graph API. The access token is kept in memory for the open publishing window only and is not saved by the app or sent to a Melksham Mental Health server.

Request deletion

To request deletion of personal data held through the website or support service, email Email support with the subject Meta app data deletion. Include the email address and Facebook Page name needed to identify the request. We may ask for proportionate identity confirmation before deleting data.
